We are a local non-profit initiative focused on empowering Austin refugee women through education and employment. Our goals are achieved through our sewing school and marketplace.
The sewing school
This school provides free services and training for refugee women to empower them as seamstresses. To this end, we offer free, weekly classes to refugee women. Please check for class availability.
Marketplace
Alumni of the school work with us to create items made to order by customers interested in any of our services. 100% of all revenue goes directly to the women responsible for the order. Our products and services are offered at very competitive rates due to our non-profit structure, allowing both customers and refugee women to benefit from our organization.
